While you may not be part of the digital transformation team for your entire organization, I am sharing the below insights on the topic as what I am seeing a lot is the necessity for sales orgs to do their own “micro” digital transformations and get their disparate sales tech stack talking, sharing data, creating actionable insights and giving the Sales Ops team the ability to make changes at the speed of business.
Recently I had the pleasure of attending a virtual round table on the topic of Digital Transformation, something that has been on the radar of many companies for much of the 21st century. Now that we are a quarter of the way through 2021, the realization that many have had is that it is no longer something they should try but that 2020 has created a forced reckoning, transform and rapidly or disappear as many have in recent years.
As part of the roundtable I shared above, my colleague Chris Li, who heads up our value and strategy team at Xactly, shared some insights that he continues here on this recent blog Unleashed Unveiled: Transforming Thinking About Digital Transformation where he outlines ways to ensure the best outcomes and a successful deployment. These highlights are of a small sampling of what he’ll be sharing within the Unleashed Sales Performance Management and Revenue Operations summit so if it is of interest, it is well worth the time investment. Unleashed info and complimentary passes.
